Seattle Children's Hospital Donation
With your help and support, we're thrilled to announce that we were able to make a $12,000 donation to the Seattle Children's Hospital Clinical Trials Fund!! Clinical Trials are about hope. Rachel had the chance to participate in a number of different clinical trials during her care at both Seattle Children's Hospital and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. New treatments provide hope for the possibility of providing cures with fewer impacts on the body. In some cases, as Rachel experienced, the new drugs help to stabilize the disease for some period of time, allowing families more precious time together. Thanks to these clinical trials, and the donors who support them, survival rates at Seattle Children’s Hospital surpass the national average for nearly every type of cancer. We are so grateful to have the opportunity to support the Clinical Trials Fund at Seattle Children's Hospital. With your help, our $12,000 donation will cover the average estimated cost for three children to participate in a clinical trial at Seattle Children's Hospital. It is all about hope.
"This allows us to support continued cutting-edge research on all types of cancer."
